Ashley is a painter, certified yin yoga teacher, and workshop facilitator whose work, on paper and on the mat, is rooted in the same thing: nature, movement, and the quiet beauty of ordinary moments.

She works in watercolor, oil, mixed media, and interactive installation, and teaches yin yoga: a meditative practice of deep, supported stretches held in stillness. Whether she's leading a watercolor workshop or guiding a room into rest, her invitation is the same: to pause, soften, and pay attention.

Ashley is available for yin yoga classes and workplace wellness sessions, watercolor and nature-inspired illustration workshops, murals, and commissions.

yin yoga · rest for busy bodies

Yin yoga is the gentle, passive counterpart to our active yang lives. The practice consists of long, supported floor stretches held for minutes at a time, releasing the deep tension that desks, screens, and full lives leave behind. No experience or flexibility needed, just a willingness to breathe and slow down. Certified through Fahrenheit Yoga Studio in Nashville, TN, teaching in South San Francisco and the Bay Area. Available for community classes, studio teaching, team offsites, and workplace wellness.

interactive public art installation

This installation is where my art practice and my rest practice first met. The art installation invited members of the Kranzburg library in St. Louis, Missouri to take a pause in the stairwell and write down the small wondering questions they would like to ask for a deeper connection in every day life. They were designed to inspire more connected conversation, and to brighten up the day as they shimmer in the sunlight.
