Ashley specializes in elevating design systems through strategy, communication, and design tools to empower teams and drive adoption. Leading design systems enablement at Capital One and AI training within the enterprise, she directs the strategic tooling transformation for both humans and AI in our design system.
Outside of work, she is inspired by dancing, painting, and joyful movement and exploring the beautiful landscapes around San Francisco, CA.

My favorite art medium is watercolor, in particular Japanese pigments called "Gansai" (not to be confused with bonsai)!
Cooking is my love language, and most recently I've been dabbling in homemade rosemary sourdough, dumplings, and any kind of soup. Ask me about food anytime!
I've danced since I was little, and have taught salsa dancing classes at my studio! The Creative Habit by modern dance choreographer Twyla Tharp inspired my approach to creative thinking and living.
